County and local school board candidates are required to timely file financial disclosures.

Financial reports must be physically received by the elections office no later than 5 p.m., or received electronically by 12 a.m. MST on the day of the deadline.

Reports must be submitted online through this portal or by bringing in a paper copy to our office.

​

Failure to file a financial disclosure can result in disqualification of the candidate.  Reports can be filed one week before the listed deadline and must be current within three days of the filing.
