County and local school board candidates are required to timely file financial disclosures.

Financial reports must be physically received by the elections office no later than 5:00pm, or received electronically by 12:00am mountain time on the day of the deadline. Forms can be submitted to elections@weberelections.gov

Failure to file a financial disclosure can result in disqualification of the candidate. Reports can be filed one week before the listed deadline and must be current within three days of the filing.

Deadlines:

• 7 days before convention: Includes all transactions starting January 1, 2024 to current within 5 days before convention.   All candidates on Primary ballot must submit this report.

• May 28: This report should include from 4 days before convention to May 23.  All Candidates on Primary ballot must submit this report.

• June 18: Current to within three (3) days of the date of filing, should include transactions between May 24 and June 13. Primary Election Candidates only. Unopposed local school board candidates do not need to file this report.

• October 8: Pre-election report, includes all transactions between June 14 - October 3. This is for all candidates on the General Election ballot.

• October 29: Reports are due from all candidates who will appear on the General Election ballot.  This should include all receipts and disbursements from October 4 through October 23.

• December 5: Final report filed by all General Election candidates or their campaign committee.  The final statements shall include all contributions and disbursements through December 31, 2022.

• 30 days after withdrawal or elimination: Withdrawal/Eliminated Candidates   Final Statements are due 30 days after withdrawal or candidate was eliminated in the Primary Election.
