Ryan Cowley, CERA Ryan Cowley has worked in local government since 2003 and has been involved with elections since 2005. He has held positions as a Web master, Chief Deputy Clerk, and now works as the Weber County Elections Director. During his professional career he has worked extensively with technology and is continuously seeking to improve the voting experience. Over the last three years, he has overseen the transition to vote by mail. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He enjoys hiking, gardening, and coaching youth sports. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems with a Portuguese minor from Utah State University in 2003, became a Certified Elections/Registration Administrator through Auburn University 2011, and completed a Masters of Public Administration at Brigham Young University in June of 2018. |

Daniel Wade Daniel has been part of the Weber County Election’s Team since 2015. Prior to working for Weber County, he was an Instructor at the Ogden-Weber Tech College and Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines. Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Geography from Weber State University. He and his husband Ken are the proud parents of three cats and Daniel enjoys volunteering at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. |

Megan Fitzpatrick Megan has been a part of the elections team since 2019. She has worked for Weber County since 2012. She spent more than a decade as a public librarian both here in Utah and in upstate New York. She has a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s Degree in both Creative Writing and American History from Western Washington University. Megan and her husband are owned by two cats, who supervise her LEGO building hobby. |

Stacy Cornell Stacy joined the elections team in 2020 and has worked at Weber County since 2015 and has worked in the health department prior to working the Clerk/Auditors office. She has lived in Weber County since childhood. She is enthusiastic about our county and annually volunteers with Ogden’s Christmas Village. She is a proud grandma and enjoys spending time with her grandchild. Stacy relishes living among Weber County’s rock cliffs on the east bench. |
